- Commit to bi-weekly 1-hour mentoring sessions
- Guide mentees in academic and career decisions
- Share your professional journey and insights
- Attend YELE mentorship events and workshops
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement

- Female STEM professional or student
- Minimum 1-year commitment
- Strong communication skills
- Genuine passion for girls' education

Volunteer your time and skills to help YELE Foundation deliver impactful STEM programmes, events, and community outreach activities.
Volunteer With UsWhat You'll Do
- Facilitate STEM workshops and coding sessions
- Support event organisation and logistics
- Assist with community outreach and awareness
- Provide administrative and operational support
- Photography and documentation of activities
What We're Looking For
- Enthusiasm for STEM and girls' education
- Available for at least 4 hours/month
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Based in or willing to travel to northern Ghana
